Waveguide Flanges
In collaboration with Mega Industries, MCi offers the widest line of waveguide components in the high-power RF industry. Typically, we construct flanges in the waveguide size range of WR90 to WR2300. Most commonly, we design rectangular waveguide flanges using 6061-T6 Aluminum plate. MCi pre-machines flanges specific to EIA dimensions and MIL specifications. We can also custom design to optimize the alignment, specific to your microwave or RF system. In addition, we manufacture a vast library of UHV waveguide flanges suitable for vacuum environments.
MCi offers special bolt hole patterns, double flanges, customizable aspect ratios and groove options. Additionally, we stock numerous other microwave system alignment accessories – from alignment pins to hangers and other specialized hardware.

Waveguide Gaskets
MCi provides waveguide gaskets for connecting microwave and RF components together. Typical waveguide gasket configurations include flat/grooved interface and grooved/grooved interface. Material is silicone and offers a rugged design, optimized for proper electrical and mechanical performance.
Along with waveguide flanges, gaskets and seals – we provide various other accessories to facilitate the installation of microwave components. From anchor connectors and insulators, to O-rings and hardware kits – MCi provides a full range of waveguide accessories from WR90 to WR2300+.
Additionally, MCi offers copper (Cu) waveguide gaskets. Likewise, we offer conductive and triad gaskets. For ultra-high vacuum environments, we offer a full catalog of UHV components and accessories, including UHV gaskets and spacer kits.
Waveguide Seals
Micro Communications offers waveguide seals with a design emphasis on providing optimal electrical and mechanical properties. MCi waveguide seals are fully-compliant and comprised of rugged material. Our seal designs allow for leak-free pressurization of standard, flat flanged, microwave systems.
As a result, this eliminates the requirement to specify flange grooving configurations. By utilizing our designs, you can connect components in any orientation for future projects.
In collaboration with Mega Industries, we offer the proprietary MegaSeal® in waveguide rectangular sizes WR187 to WR2300. We also offer half-height seal configurations to assist clients utilizing non-standard waveguide size systems. We welcome you to explore the design library of outline drawings below.
