We offer standard or custom flange interfaces, have full and reduced height capabilities – with a wide variety of materials, finishes, seals, and wall thicknesses to fit your system or application requirements.

Rigid Waveguide

Micro Communications supplies rigid waveguide in sizes WR90 through WR2300+. All rigid sections are available in full and half-height configurations to meet your applications. MCi offers a range of flange interfaces and rigid sections for pressurized or unpressurized applications.

Flexible Waveguide

MCi flexible waveguide sections allow for flexible movement in both the E and H planes. MCi flex is often used to correct misalignments. All materials and surfaces are designed for high-power performance, reliability and longevity. Various flex section lengths, flange sizes, and gaskets are available to custom fit the desired interface configuration.

Waveguide Switches

MCi offers waveguide switches in SPDT and DPDT designs, with motorized and manual operated configurations – in a range of high-power waveguide sizes.

Sweeps, Bends and Elbows

Micro Communications designs and manufactures standard and custom miter bends in various angles. All sweeps, bends and elbows are electrically optimized for superior electrical performance over a restricted bandwidth. Available for both high pressure and high-vacuum applications.

Flanges, Gaskets & Seals

MCi offers a complete line of waveguide gaskets and seals, with a wide range of materials to select from. Often used to simplify layout or for component re-use. Our gaskets and seals allow for gas-tight, flat-to-flat waveguide runs. Full and half-height gaskets available.

Loads & Terminations

Hybrids, Magic Tees, Power Dividers & Combiners

Micro Communications designs a wide range of waveguide and coaxial hybrids, magic tees, variable power combiners and power dividers. Couplers

MCi offers several coupler designs: directional loop, broadwall, multi-holes, sidewall, hybrid couplers, and more. MCi couplers are suitable for power monitoring and system control. Options for field-adjustable coupling, vacuum environment, high-radiation zones, ultra-low profile designs and beyond.

Calibration Kits, Mismatches & Motorized Shorts

MCi produces a complete line of calibration kits for network analyzers, test transitions, motorized sliding short circuits, as well as precision loads and mismatches – in sliding and fixed configurations.

Windows & Gas Barriers

MCi offers a range of pressure windows, gas barriers and vacuum windows for a range of applications, including in ultra-high vacuum environments. Gas barriers can be used to contain various gasses including pressurized air and SF6, or can be used in vacuum systems.

Waveguide to Coax Transitions

MCi has a comprehensive portfolio of standard and custom waveguide to coax transitions and adapters. Water-cooled, probe type, cross-bar designs and beyond. From sizes of WR90 to WR2300, transitioning to coaxial sizes SMA and Type N, up to 6 – 1/8″ EIA.

Power Combiners

MCi offers power combiners in a range of sizes, and custom engineering for various combiner designs for elevated power levels. In addition, MCi manufactures an assortment of switchless power combiners and UHF-TV combiners.

Phase Shifters

MCi offers phase shifters in manual, motorized and 3-probe configurations. Phase Shifters may be manually actuated or equipped with AC or stepper motors for electronic position / phase indication.
