MCi offers high power rigid coaxial transmission lines in coaxial sizes from Type N to 14″ in copper or aluminum with Teflon line supports. Our standard and rigid coaxial transmission lines utilize copper tubing with brass flanges, or aluminum tubing with aluminum flanges. For custom applications, MCi offers rexolite or ceramic transmission line supports. Our transmission line are typically finished as natural, chemical conversion or with paint.

High Power Coax: Designs & Options
Micro Communications high power coax lines are manufactured to offer superior electrical qualities and mechanical characteristics. The coax we develop is calculated to precision, offering minimum VSWR and maximum stability. By utilizing component materials such as Teflon, Ceramic and other insulator materials – our specialized high power coax connector designs can operate at peak performance in the most severe environments.
For 50 Ohm, 75 Ohm or 100 Ohm systems, MCi recommends the use of high conductivity copper inner conductors, supported by Teflon insulators. However, we understand that Teflon is not suitable in high radiation zones. For this setting, MCi can supply specialized polymer insulators. Alternatively, ceramic supports are available for coaxial transmission line sizes up to 14″ diameter. Please contact our sales team to discuss your needs, if not specified.
